Notice of Annual General Meeting

In accordance with the rules of incorporation Rexit Australia Inc. will hold the 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Monday 9th December 2024, at 53 Anderson Street, Manunda, QLD 4870 between 7-8pm. The AGM Agenda will be forwarded with a reminder notice on or prior to Sunday 8th of December and with a link in which you can attend the meeting via Zoom (Video/Audio Call).

While all Rexit Australia Inc. supporters are welcome to attend, only current financial members are allowed to vote, nominate for, propose and second, management committee nominations. If you are unsure as to financial status you can contact Bill Bates on 0447 958 455. For those supporters who wish to become financial members, the annual fee is $10 which can be paid to Rexit Australia Inc. Bendigo Bank BSB 63300 Account 165 957 671.

For those wishing to nominate for any Management Committee position please complete the attached nomination form and return to the Secretary by COB 9th December 2024. Nominees may post the completed forms to Box 94, Edge Hill, QLD 4879, delivered in person to 53 Anderson Street, Manunda, QLD 4870 during normal business hours or scan and email a copy to secretary@bootbrisbane.com.

In the event that insufficient nominations have been received for the management committee positions, nominations shall be called for from the floor.

For those financial members whom are unable to attend and wish to exercise their vote, Proxy form is attached.
